The Inn on Bellevue and Bellevue Manor both occupy prime locations on Bellevue Avenue, directly across the street from the Historic Hotel Viking. A great choice for refined accommodations in 2 historic buildings. The Inn has 9 rooms, and a first floor parlor which overlooks the avenue. The Bellevue Manor is most recently renovated, with a large front porch facing Bellevue Avenue.

The Bellevue House and Brinley Victorian are directly behind the Inn and the Manor, offering an economic alternative. Bellevue House, built in the seventeen hundreds, maintains a nautical atmosphere. The Brinley Victorian boasts 16 guestrooms, 2 porches, and a lovely interior courtyard. Both Bellevue House and the Brinley Victorian offer clean, comfortable accommodations, just a block off of Bellevue Avenue!

"We were in Newport for a day and a half and our original reservation fell through. I booked Inns on Bellevue simply because the price was reasonable and it was near every attraction we wanted to see. We were happy to see great parking and a warm reception at the desk. We stayed in the yellow Manor house at the end of the block and it reminded me of travels in Europe. The location is superb and you really will get a great overview of Newport from here, The cliff walk, the habour, the mansions, all walking distance if you are not infirm. The breakfast was lovely and you could not have asked for a more pleasant host (she seems to run the place). We felt so lucky that we booked this last minute and had such a great experience."

"Everyone whom we met working here was young, hip, and friendly- and wanted us to be comfortable and enjoy our time in Newport. The breakfast was delish, served until 10:30 AM. The ambience was an informal version of formal Victorian, and the location- walking distance to most everything- was perfect. This is a great place for a weekend get-away."
